Proceedings:

Day 1 : Patient will directly be admitted to the allocated room considering the arrival time to be early morning at around 0600 hrs IST, followed by breakfast served to the patient and the attendant.


Day 2 : Hospital stay is deemed mandatory for conducting investigations scheduled for the next day.


Day 3 : Reports will directly be handed over to the patients by the support staff at Goa followed by discharge tentatively taking place at around 1800 hrs IST.

Tests covered in Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 :

Day 1 : Blood Investigations, Radiology and Physician consultation.


Day 2 : All pending consultations along with test reports.


Day 3 : Coronary Angiography (if advised by the doctor subject to reports).

General Instructions for Health Check :

1. Patients will be guided by the health check coordinator who would be addressing all queries and concerns that they may have during their stay at the hospital.


2. Past medical records as well as medical accessories like glasses, hearing aids, etc. are to be brought along if any, while coming for Health Check Up.


3. Prescription medications being consumed already, if any, are to be carried along as well.


4. Wearing comfortable clothing, easily removable footwear, avoiding jewelry are few aspects that will make proceedings easier to follow as change of clothes may frequently be required by the patient while undergoing various tests.


5. It is recommended to inform in advance, the allocated Health Check coordinator for any additional checkups or consultations specifically required so that appointments could be scheduled well in time.


6. Additional tests / Investigations / Procedures / Consultations can be provided at request or on doctor’s written recommendation. However, these will be billed separately in addition to the package payment mentioned herewith.


7. Any supplements/ calcium tablets are to be avoided for consumption for a minimum of 3 days as readings of Dexa scan could get affected due to the same.

Special Instructions : Male

1. Alcohol consumption is to be avoided for at least 24 hours before commencement of the checkup.


2. Tests would be conducted on an empty stomach with overnight fasting of around 12 Hrs. Water consumption is however, permitted.


3. Consumption of regular medications is recommended as per usual routine.


4. Consumption of 5 -6 glasses of water within one to one & half hours prior to conducting the Ultrasound scan would be required as it requires the bladder to be full.

Special Instructions : Women

1. Pregnant ladies or those expecting pregnancy are advised not to undergo X – Ray, Mammography or the Treadmill test.


2. In case menstruating on the scheduled day of appointment, the Health check coordinator has to be informed upon arrival regarding the same as Urine test, Pap smear test and Gynecologist consultation may accordingly have to be cancelled/ rescheduled.

1) Assistance for pick up / drop – Assistance for pick up and drop from the airport will be provided as a complementary service by the hospital

Day 2 : Hospital stay is deemed mandatory for conducting investigations scheduled for the next day.


Day 3 : Reports will directly be handed over to the patients by the support staff at Bangalore followed by discharge tentatively taking place at around 1200 hrs IST. Reports towards Biopsy during endoscopy if done will be sent across in 4 days and HPV report (females only) will be shared in 1 week time.

Day 1 : Blood & Biochemistry Investigations, Radiology and Dental, Eye & ENT consultations.


Day 2 : All pending consultations, cardiology & imaging tests.
